    Description

    You are bidding on a World War II official U.S. Army Signal Corps photo of a soldier with a non-metallic anti-tank mine explosive.  The photo measures approximately 10" tall and 8" wide.  The following is handwritten in pencil on the back:  "non-metallic anti tank mine 13 1/2" dia. 12 1/2 lbs explosive".  There is also a sticker adhered to the back with the same typed description of the photo.  The following is stamped in purple ink on the back:  "Signal Corps Photo Please Credit Released for Publication By Bureau of Public Relations War Department".  The U.S. Army Signal Corp logo appears in the lower left corner of the photo.  The number "196900A" is written in white in the lower right corner.
    The photo does not lie flat but is in good condition.
