    Description

    This is a 5x8 inch sheet of 6 uncut photos from last days in France and his trip home.
    He arrived home on the USS Enterprise, Big E, last of the 3 Operation Magic Carpet voyages. There were 3,557 personnel including 212 WACs they picked up in the Azores arriving at NYC Jan 17, 1946.
    WWII 1945 photos I just removed from a US Army Sargent's
    WWII Album. There are pictures of him marked me but have not found his name or unit.  Possibly with the 19th Corps. Most photos are from Nancy and Le Mans, France
