I am not sure if this is Blue Ridge plate, but it sure looks like one.  It has no markings on the back. This plate has the red yellow floral design hand painted on the plate. It measures 10" in diameter. The plate is in good condition with no damage. It has the age cracklin of the porcelain that you see on the older plates.
