Designed for general construction and survey applications, Topcon DT-209 electronic digital theodolite gives you 9" angular accuracy and easy-to-use platform. Topcon DT-209 features waterproof and dustproof construction that stands up to even the toughest conditions so you don't have to worry about downtime due to inclement weather. Topcon has combined precise reliable measurement in an easy to use, functional package. Anyone on the construction site can use the DT-209 with only minimal instruction. The power supply is provided by 4AA type batteries, which can provide over 170 hours of continuous use. The DT-209 is also compact and lightweight for easy portability; and it's simple operation provides precise measurement in a functional, hassle-free package. Horizontal angles can be read clockwise or counterclockwise. Job functions are easily performed using only four keys: “0” set, angle measurement mode selection, and angle hold/release. Other features include an optical plummet, a self-checking microprocessor to monitor angle readings, and percentage of slope or vertical angle display at the touch of a button.
