This fascinating type is one of the latest types that Ilutmish produced. Six different varieties are known (differing from each other by the number of does in the obverse and the reverse segments the type with one dot in each segment on obverse and two in each segment on reverse (such as this coin) is not known. This piece also has three dots in the middle on the obverse, something that has not been published to date, it seems.
