This is Rheem Ruud 51-21855-03 1/3 HP FAN MOTOR Magnetek HE3G304N' 230V 1075 RPM used part.
This part was removed by HVAC installer from a working unit.
Old system was replaced with newer one (more energy efficient) and was in good working condition.
