M.G. PAPPAS White Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced from Trebbiano White grapes. After the selection of grapes, they are pressed and the grape must is boiled in a low-pressure environment, keeping the grape juice from turning color.
The liquid is decanted into wooden barrels and left to age to this rich dense white balsamic vinegar. It has a sweet, smooth taste, and thick consistency.
Use it in marinades(chicken, duck, turkey), white sauces, salad dressing, and desserts for the lighter-colored glaze.
Great on salads, cooked vegetables, seafood, white meats, rice, and over fruits like fresh berries.
