    Description

    This item sold as is.  Everything looks great, but I have no way to test as I don't know how to use this item.  It came with some military spotting Scopes that I bought.  It is probably surplus from the Idaho national lab.  It looks great.  Anyway, this is as is and auction format.  Highest bidder owns it.  Will ship free and be well packaged.
