Dayton 4C108 Blower 10 9/16" wheel 1-1/2hp 3450rpm 3 phase 208/230/460 Volt appears to be lightly used the motor is missing 2 of the fan shroud screws
I powered it up and it runs good
This is from a closed factory that kept spares for there equipment
