    Description

    CENTURY ORM5488 Condenser Fan Motor 1/3-1/8 HP Split Capacitor 825 RPM 230 VOLT
    This motor is in a brand new never opened package.  I bought an extra for my Trane Condenser and ended up not needing it.  Trane looked this up as a compatible replacement for my Trane Part#
    MOT18687 (and others), although for Trane or other compatible brands, you will need to change out your existing motor run capacitor (not included) to 7.5 MFD to match this motor, whereas the original Trane motor used a 5.0 MFD capacitor.  In case you are wondering, this motor is easily reversible for the proper CW/CCW rotation (by switching different paired wires), and in my experience you do not even need to cut any of the extra shaft length so long as it does not come close to touching any other components.
