As at October 2019 PayPal no longer refunds the fees they charge on purchases and I will not be covering this loss. PANDEMIC UPDATE and CONDITIONS of PURCHASE. DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL buyers please contact me before purchasing or payment to get the most current information on delivery to your country as Some countries are not accepting International deliveries and this is in a constant state of flux. Conditions of Purchase means contractual acceptance of delivery delays due to the pandemic. International buyers, on the international front postal delays for untracked and tracked items may be 2- 4 months for delivery.
