1938 Photo All Black Navy Sailors Graduating Class Naval Training School Norfolk

You are bidding on a great old original glossy photograph of an All Black graduating class, N.T.S., which I believe stands for Naval Training School, in Norfolk, Virginia. In the negative it is dated Oct 20. 1938.  It also says, No 10 Graduating Class and below that, it appears to say Mess Atto ? 3rd but I cannot make it out for sure.  Also, on the flag it says M. ATT. Class.  It measures approx. 8” x 10”.  It was evidently at one time attached to a heavy paper frame because there are some small spots of paper still attached to the back of the photo.  It is probably only in about very good condition with some wear at the corners,  a diagonal crease in the lower left quarter, a smaller crease below it, nearer to the corner, some waves and/or bends in the lower right quarter, a small crease at the corners, some other creases and handling creases, mostly light, roughness and other wear at the edges including a few small bumps and creases,  and although the image is nice and clear, there are multiple areas of scratches, and small impressions, 2 areas where the impressions are moderate, one below the drum on the left and the other below the flag, and other moderate areas, other scratches, and other wear, the surface wear being more apparent when the photo is tilted in the light.  The photograph does not lay flat.  There is about moderate darkening, cloudiness, spotting and foxing on the back of the photo.
